Mental Health Counseling

 We are committed to helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges with compassion and expertise. We offer mental health counseling, trauma therapy, and behavioral interventions tailored to the unique needs of children, teens, and adults. Our dedicated team provides a safe, supportive space for healing and growth, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief/loss, ADHD, and behavioral difficulties. Through evidence-based approaches and personalized care, we empower our clients to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve lasting well-being. 

We have two locations. One at 730 Kenton Station Road in Maysville across from Another Man's Treasure in a gray house with blue shutters. The second at 399 W. Maple Leaf Road. We are above the chiropractor office on the right side (orthodontist is on the left). This location houses 2 therapists, a massage therapist, yoga instructor, herbalist, apothecary, and health coach. We are proud of the cozy and welcoming environment we have created for our clients.
