Event Details:

Join us for the rejuvenating Nurture with Nature Wellness Retreat, scheduled for October 11th to 13th, 2024, at the serene EarthJoy Village located in the heart of Brooksville, KY. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while you embark on a journey of self-care and exploration. Check in Friday at 11:30am and check out Sunday afternoon.

Who Should Attend:

This retreat is for anyone who feels stressed, depleted, overwhelmed, burned out, or just in need of some "me" time. Maybe you have been feeling lost or disconnected from yourself and you need some help getting reconnected and grounded to your authentic self. This retreat will offer a variety of workshops and wellness activities to help you do just that. This is also a great retreat for helping professionals who need time to turn compassion and service inward.

Accommodation:

Our accommodations are nestled within the lush forest and include three exquisite treehouses, a unique love bus, and a cozy farmhouse featuring four bedrooms. Please note that the treehouses are not handicap accessible, requiring the ability to navigate hills and unpaved pathways, which may be slick.

The farmhouse bedrooms feature bunk beds with a twin on top and a full-sized bed below. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so indicate your preference early. Detailed descriptions of each sleeping arrangement can be found on EarthJoy's website, as each option boasts its own distinctive features, such as a treehouse with a swinging bridge.

Amenities:

All treehouses are equipped with a kitchenette containing pots, pans, utensils, and a coffee pot. The love bus and farmhouse additionally offer a microwave for your convenience. You're welcome to bring snacks, and we'll do our best to accommodate storage if space allows. Please remember to label your items for easy identification.

Opportunities:

The retreat offers a variety of activities/workshops designed to facilitate relaxation and self-discovery. Participation is entirely optional, allowing you to tailor your experience to your comfort level. Delve into your emotions and thoughts at your own pace, with the freedom to disengage whenever you choose. Activities include but are not limited to:

• Group yoga sessions (beginner friendly)
• Guided meditation/journaling in group setting
• Mindful Scavenger Hunt (individual or group allowed)
• Hiking amongst 200+ acres of glorious fall foliage
• Inner child exploration
• Chair massage (free of charge but booking at registration required)
• Expressive art exercises
• Emotion regulation skill building
• Bonfire/social hour
• Self-care workshops

Self-Care Gift:

As a token of our appreciation for embarking on this transformative journey with us, all participants will receive a complimentary self-care gift basket filled with supplies to enhance your retreat experience and beyond.

Cost and Payments:

The cost of the retreat is $600.00 until November 1st and then increases to $800.00 per person, with a non-refundable deposit of $250 due upon registration. The remaining balance must be settled by July 1st, 2024. If needed, a payment plan can be arranged and discussed with Shaina.
